Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Blast connects to your own official Meta WhatsApp Business accounts. You keep your numbers, your templates and your sender reputation.
Is this official WhatsApp, or a workaround?
Fully official. Blast is built on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) only — no WhatsApp Web automation, QR scraping or unofficial libraries.
Can I manage more than one company or number?
Yes. One login can manage multiple workspaces, multiple companies, and multiple WhatsApp Business numbers per company — each fully isolated.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates with roles from Owner down to read-only Viewer, including per-WhatsApp-account permissions.
How do I get contacts in?
Import from Google Sheets, Excel or CSV, or add contacts manually. Column mapping and validation are built into the import flow.
